At Bird&Be, we want you to love your wardrobe staples. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
